REGISTRATION - Payment by Cheque or by Bank Transfer

1. Download Registration form as DOC or PDF, or register online
2. Fill the form and send by fax (+32 51 31 56 75), mail or Email to Soy & Strategic Marketing registration; (EU registrations: please mention VAT number)
3. Payment
- by international bank transfer to IBAN account BE22 4650 1317 4147 of THV Soy Conference, KBC Bank Izegem, Belgium with Swift Code KRED BEBB (include name and address of participant). Sender must pay all charges on bank transfers.
- By bank cheque payable to the order of Soy Conference THV, to be sent to Soy Conference THV, Lange Dreve 8F, B-8980 Zonnebeke, Belgium. Please include a copy of the registration form.

Cancellation policy:
Registrations are fully transferable by sending a fax or e-mail indicating the name change. Cancellations have to be sent by fax or e-mail to the organizers; please ask for confirmation.
- Cancellations received up till 30 days before the event, will be refunded at full price minus bank costs and extra 50 EUR handling cost
- Cancellations up till two weeks before the event, will be refunded at full cost minus bank costs and extra 100 EUR handling cost
- No refund is possible later than two weeks before the event
